The Moira Civic and Consumer Forum hereafter referred to as MCCF is a not for profit self help group working as a community based organization and is registered with the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Goa as a Voluntary Consumer Organisation. (VCO).

The Moira Civic and Consumer Forum has a general volunteers meeting once every month on the second Wednesday of the month usually at 5:30 pm at the Moira Club.
